Kelly Starrett ("K Starr") is the creator of The Ready State and his mission statement includes three founding principles:

  • Are you in pain? Or stiff or tight?
  • What are you going to do about it?

In this video, I am demonstrating just one simple example of some routine maintenance (scraping) that anyone can do.

I am using the Sidekick Tool, which starts at $45, but you can also use a simple porcelain soup spoon that can be found for about $1.
